Before You arrive the Butler will……
Ensure that your accommodation is ready and up to standard

Welcome you at on arrival at the Hotel and assist with luggage
Offer a welcome drink on the terrace
Process your registration in your suite
Offers to unpack luggage so that you can begin to relax
Offer complimentary pressing of 3 articles of clothes per guest upon arrival
Take note of any special requirements you may have on arrival
During Your stay the Butler will……
Handles in room dining requests
Organizes intimate dinners in the dinning room or terrace
Handles your laundry, dry cleaning or pressing requests
Liaises with Housekeeping over servicing of suite
Ensure that your suite is maintained in perfect condition
